Check in time at La Rosa is 2 pm and check out is at 12 noon. If you wish to arrive early or stay later, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

Beach House - The beach house with the Guadalupe Room, Sunset Room and kitchen facilities can be rented separate from the casitas for a maximum of four adults.
$1500 pesos per night

Garden Casita (Casita de Jardin)- Our newest casita, surrounded by garden near the main beach house. It has a palapa roof, porch with seating area, Queen size bed, private bath and air conditioning, refrigerator and coffee maker. $500 pesos per night.

Bamboo Casita–Romantic palapa casita made entirely from locally cut timber bamboo with two twin beds that can be made into a king sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and a large private bath and sitting area. It now has a new kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker with all dishes and utensils that you need. $600 pesos, per night.

Palo Garden Casita– Made from locally cut sticks, woven into walls in the local style and natural stone with Queen size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, private garden patio with private garden bathroom. $500 pesos per night.

Casa Blanca Garden Casita- Large palapa roofed casita with queen sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and private bath. There is a private palapa covered porch garden sitting area, with stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker for your private use. $600 pesos per night.

Casa Buena Vista - Two storey house with full kitchen, bathroom with bath tub and shower, queen sized bed in bedroom upstairs and double futon downstairs. the house has a palapa covered porch upstairs to enjoy the view of the ocean, ceiling fans and air conditioning. $750 pesos per night, 4 adult maximum.

Maximum of two adults per room. $100 pesos per night for each additional adult, children under 12 years of age are free.
